[RkWard-devel] Scatterplot Matrix help page

I did not find something adding value with the oned panel. So I dropped it
from xml and rkh files. If you someone believes that it should be used for
some reason, we could get it back.

The instructions and kdesvn helped me to easy pass the changes to svn.
