I vote for a) and b). Right now huge amounts of plung-in tests drop in. Some 
of them are useable and stable but not jet confirmed to be "100% bug free". 
If people tend to believe everything is fine they will start to use RKWard in 
a "more or less careless" way. Though Thomas introduced strict policies and 
we distinguish between a developmental and stable branch I still find it 
reasonable until most of the plug-ins had a couple of releases with no 
issues.
