Hi Christophe,

I was finally able to reproduce the problem you see (at least with some plugins),
and I hope to have fixed it in the development version of RKWard.

If it's not too much trouble, could you try to build the current SVN version
(http://rkward.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php?title=RKWard_SVN), and test whether
the problem is still there, or not?
