wilcoxon & ansari_bradley tests are ready. From my point of view they are 
complete but need intensive testing.
At least for ansari_bradley tests I can say that they are very memory hungry 
(stated in the R help too). I got R to crash with data sets larger than 5000 
(512 MB RAM). Worth also a note in the plugin interface for the user or just 
in the help file (which I did not yet start) since this might be reported as 
RKWard bug which actually is no.
