Hi,

I also posted this as a news item on the website, so you may want to refer to 
http://rkward.sourceforge.net/devel.php?content=home for details. The essence 
is that I will start on a rework of the plugin-infrastructure any day, now. 
Probably the changes will be mostly compatible with existing plugins (some 
minor changes may be needed). However, the plugin related C++ sources will 
see some major changes, and likely CVS will be buggy/broken for some time to 
come. If you're tracking the CVS version, you can use the option "-r 
date_2005_11_2004_before_component_work" to stick to today's (still 
functional) version until things have settled somewhat.
