Hi all!

A new release of RKWard is out. Among the visible changes are:
 - the ability to spawn command-editor windows with load/save/print etc.
 - renamed windows to more comprehensible names
 - several new options, menu entries, etc.
On the technical side, the process of synchronisation between RKWard and R has 
been worked on. Now changes done in RKWard (like editing some cells in a 
data.frame) get synced to the backend immediately, and only paste operations 
(affecting several cells) are synced in chunks. A new modification tracker is 
responsible for spreading the news about added, renamed, removed or otherwise 
modified objects to the different components, so that all components stay in 
sync. For instance, if you have a t-test-plugin opened and rename a variable 
somewhere else in RKWard, that change will also become visible in the plugin 
dialog immediately.
As usual, I welcome all feedback.
