[RkWard-devel] rkward ebuild for gentoo

If anyone is interested, I threw together a Gentoo ebuild (a script
for gentoo's automated build/install system), which can be found in
the gentoo bug tracker:

It still has a sandbox violation, which I haven't bothered to look
into, so you have to install it with FEATURES="-sandbox".  Also, it
worked fine with R-1.9.1, but doesn't seem to work with R-2.0.0 for a
variety of reasons.
