Plasma 6.8.0 tars are available for packagers

[Nate Graham]

Can we get a re-spin of plasma-desktop and kscreenlocker?

Some fairly important auth-related bug-fixes just landed (as well as two
small UI bug fixes I just landed, but I assume those will come for a
ride automatically, and they're safe)

Thanks a lot!

Nate
