Plasma 6.7 beta is now released

It has a couple license issues:
- In settingsapp/ and uvcviewer/, a couple files are just 'LicenseRef-KDE-
Accepted-GPL'

- kded/CMakeLists.txt, kcms/webapps/ui/*, components/bigscreenplugin/qml/
controls/{Dialog,DialogButtonBox}.qml are GPL-2.0-or-later OR LicenseRef-KDE-
Accepted-GPL, which doesn't make sense

- the sound files license is in sounds/plasma-bigscreen rather than in the 
LICENSE folder
