Hi Nico,

could you please do a KSyntaxHighlighting 6.28.1 release with this patch?

Fixes at least start of KDevelop, also Amarok (with script console enabled), 
which otherwise hangs for ages, executing the Syntax highlighting repository 
reloading for any QWidget instance existing at the point in time during setup.
