KDE Gear 25.12.2 packages available for packagers

Hello packagers,

tarballs are available at the usual place under 
"stable/release-service/25.12.2".

Please report any issues, release is planned for Thursday, the 5th of 
February.

The checksums and included commits can be found at 
https://invent.kde.org/-/snippets/3657

The tars are signed with my public key with the follow fingerprint 
D81C0CB38EB725EF6691C385BB463350D6EF31EF.
