New last minute dependency for Kleopatra?

Ok, if the main user of Kleopatra for Windows does not need it maybe we can 
just not break the dependency freeze and if anyone else is distributing 
Kleopatra in Windows they can use the posted patch themselves as a 
"distributor" patch.

Easier and no respins needed :)
