KDE Gear 25.08.1 packages available for packagers

Hello packagers,

tarballs are available at the usual place under 
"stable/release-service/25.08.1".

Please report any issues, release is planned for Thursday, the 11th of 
September. Due to Akademy and my poor old laptop, I haven't build 
everything so please yell if something's wrong.

The checksums and included commits can be found at

The tars are signed with my public key with the follow fingerprint 
D81C0CB38EB725EF6691C385BB463350D6EF31EF.
