Dropping libkcompactdisk from KDE Gear

Would suggest that it is archived immediately following the final release
of 25.12?
Translation for master branch should probably be disconnected to save
translator time as well.

Not much point keeping around a repository for a library that is no longer
in use and isn't going to be released anymore.
