KDE Gear 24.12.3 released

Thursday, 06 March 2025. Over 180 individual programs plus dozens of 
programmer libraries and feature plugins are released simultaneously as 
part of KDE Gear.

Today they all get new bugfix source releases with updated translations, 
including:

* kwordquiz: Fix opening files from the command line (Commit, fixes bug 
#487774)
* kio-extras: Fix opening AFC filesystems on iPhone/iPads (Commit, fixes 
bug #487874)
* okular: Avoid crashes when adding small background images when signing 
(Commit, fixes bug #499746)
