Dropping Cervisia from Gear 25.08

Hi,

given it has no traces of a Qt6 port yet, and worse, cvs hasn't been released 
in almost two decades and is increasingly hard to build with today's 
compilers, I'd suggest we drop Cervisia from the Gear 25.08 release, as a step 
towards retiring/archiving it.
