KDE Gear 24.12.2 released

Thursday, 06 February 2025. Over 180 individual programs plus dozens of 
programmer libraries and feature plugins are released simultaneously as 
part of KDE Gear.

Today they all get new bugfix source releases with updated translations, 
including:

* kalk: Fixes for the History view
* dolphin: Fix pixelated preview images, fixes bug #497576
* kdevelop: Fix locations of Uses in macro expansions when using clang 19 
or later, fixes bug #496985
