KDE Gear 25.08.0 packages available for packagers

Hello packagers,

tarballs are available at the usual place under 
"stable/release-service/25.08.0".

I have not had time to built things locally, if you find any issues please 
report them as soon as possible, release is planned for Thursday, the 14th of 
August.
