Plasma 6.2 beta

Plasma 6.2 Beta is available for packaging and testing
https://kde.org/announcements/plasma/6/6.1.90/

These are signed with an updated GPG key which has a new uid, get the
updated keyring at
https://kde.org/info/plasma-signing-keys.pgp

This includes the addition of Spacebar and Plasma Mobile which were
previously released as part of the discontinued KDE Mobile Gear bundle.
They will need re-versioning to lower the version numbers to 6.2.
