KDE Gear 24.08.2 packages available for packagers

Hello packagers,

tarballs are available at the usual place under 
"stable/release-service/24.08.2".

Please report any issues, release is planned next Thursday.

The tars are signed with my public key with the follow fingerprint 
D81C0CB38EB725EF6691C385BB463350D6EF31EF.

I'll probably respin arianna's tarball later, because I found in my local 
tests that it fails to build with Qt >= 6.8.0-rc1 (Quick untested fix: 
https://invent.kde.org/graphics/arianna/-/merge_requests/55).
