Dependency freeze exception for kdepim-runtime

Hi,

I fixed the compilation issue in kdepim-runtime for the optional etesync 
feature. I would like to backport this to the release/24.02 branch, but this 
bring back the QtConcurrent dependency which I suppose was implicitly pulled 
in the qt5 time.
