Add Crow Translate to KDE Gear

Hi! The app <https://invent.kde.org/office/crow-translate> has recently passed
the review phase <https://invent.kde.org/office/crow-translate/-/issues/699>
and I would like to ask to add it to KDE Gear. What is needed for it from
me?
I followed the instructions from the wiki
<https://community.kde.org/Policies/Application_Lifecycle#Releasing>.
