Of course being of "good quality" is a given, but if Okular-Qt6 "becomes of 
good quality 3 days before the release" we're obviously not going to include 
it in this release.

That is what I am asking here, when is the latest possible date we will accept 
a repository switching from Qt5 to Qt6.

I'm proposing before RC1.
