plasma-sdk fails to build:

CMake Error at /lib64/cmake/KF5DocTools/KF5DocToolsMacros.cmake:203 (add_custom_target):
  add_custom_target cannot create target
  "po-nl-docs-plasma-sdk-plasmoidviewer-plasmoidviewer-1" because another
  target with the same name already exists.  The existing target is a custom
  target created in source directory
  "/home/bero/repos/packaging-tools/plasma-sdk/BUILD/plasma-sdk-5.27.6".  See
  documentation for policy CMP0002 for more details.
