KDE Gear 23.04.3 packages available for packagers

Thanks a lot for your work. I just came back from vacation and could only work 
today on an important fix for Kdenlive that was reported 10 days ago. It fixes a 
project corruption, making effects disappear from people's projects, leading to 
a very bad user experience.

It would be very much appreciated if you could do a respin of the Kdenlive 
23.04.3 package with my last 2 commit in the release/23.04 branch (8bb0fb6e 
and a2aff18b ).
