I'm not going to block it, but i keep my opinion that kio-admin is too big of 
a potential security problem for running all kio under root powers.

Dependency freeze is in March 9 so folks that want to comment have before 
let's say the 7th of Martch, otherwise I guess we can assume noone is against 
it.
