Tarballs missing from Plasma 5.90.0

Hi all,

Somehow I never saw an announcement of Plasma 5.90.0 source 
availability but I am now about to gather everything needed for the 
Beta2 Mega Release. Looking at download.kde.org I still see Plasma 
5.90.0 but not the 5.91.0 which I expected to be there.

And in 5.90.0 the following packages are missing which migrated over 
from Frameworks and were present in Plasma 5.27.80:
- kactivities
- kactivities-stats
- plasma-framework
But kwayland is there, strange enough (also moved from Frameworks).

Can a Plasma 5.91.0 release be cut please, including these missing 
three tarballs?
