Last minutes critical fix in kio:

kio v5.99.0-rc3

If you hit a compile error in kimageformats, you can grab
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kimageformats/-/merge_requests/103
but it's not even approved/merged yet and anyway I hesitate to make you
all redo the packaging if it built for you in the first place.
So IMHO let's skip that for now.

I'll publish & announce tomorrow, to give you guys time to update kio first.
