Include KSANECore in KDE Gear

Hello,

I would like to ask for KSANECore to be included into the KDE Gear release
service.

KSANECore is a Qt interface to the SANE scanner library. It is stripped out of
the KSaneWidget of libksane without any QWidget dependency. Previously, it has been
located inside the libksane repository as KSaneCore.

When KSANECore will be included into the KDE Gear release cycle, libksane with its KSaneWidget and Skanpage will make use of it.
