KIO 5.91respin to consider, MR still open

Hi,

there is a regression in ApplicationLauncherJob when starting DBusActivatable 
services with URLs, those are lost when activating/launching the app 
currently. Which would be a regression to before, when the apps was simply 
directly launched as new process, but with the URLs arguments.

As a hotfix there is currently only a MR around (review needed):

Thanks for all the release work, sadly also with extra hours now.
