Yes somewhere between 5.90 and 5.94 IIRC.

I have fixed it in Debian here :
https://salsa.debian.org/qt-kde-team/kde/kapidox/-/blob/master/debian/patches/fix-data-not-installed
(I've checked that the files are installed but did not try the kapidox tool itself, so testing / feedback welcome.)

I'll comment on the invent issue.
