Inclusion of Haruna in KDE Gear

Hi George, are releases of haruna announced anywhere?  It would be good if
you can you send an e-mail when making releases to kde-announce
https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-announce  along with details of
what PGP key is used for signing and where we can find it.  You might also
want to blog it on a blog which is on planet KDE.
