Sad to hear this - that might explain why I vaguely recall us adding the
necessary SIP packages at one point to build these bindings.
The unreliability introduced by their presence would have likely led me to
remove them as we would need the builds to be reliable.

Any interest from those who use these bindings to fix the CMake
dependencies here?
Otherwise i'll need to remove the SIP packages as the need for reliable
builds outweighs the value provided from having them present (i'd suggest
we disable them from building by default even)
