Question regarding language inclusion

Hi,

we are working on the first version of MyHNUHealth:
https://invent.kde.org/pim/mygnuhealth

As we are finishing the first translations, I learned that there are no -lang
packages anymore. So what do we have to do to include language files in the
final release/tarball to make it available for packaging?

(Nightly builds re currently running in https://build.opensuse.org/package/
show/Application:ERP:GNUHealth:3.6/mygnuhealth )
