Can we consider bumping up the Plasma 5.23 release by one week?

Isn't Plasma 23rd scheduled for the 12th of October? That's what the calendar 
says. We also discussed pushing it back 2 days to make it coincide with KDE's 
25th anniversary (and renumbering it to "Plasma 5.25"):
