KDE release 20.12.1 packages available for packagers

Hey,

can you please do a respin for messagelib to fix 427091, as it creates broken 
signatures for mails for some users:
3a7114399b105cbe159355f600b9d3e08ec10fcb - bug 427091

There also some other patches on the release/20.12 branch that's why I ask for 
a respin on d6c60a78808383ac25be735100a8322b57a7369f.
