release service releases now branded as KDE Gear

The promo team had a long discussion about the format of our releases and
decided to try rebranding the release service as KDE Gear from 21.04.  I've
updated the release calendar and wiki pages.

There will be an app update article for the self released apps published
two months after the KDE Gear releases, first one due 1 July.
