Pim* will depend against qt5keychain

Hi,
As now pim* can build against windows we have a problem with kwallet, no 
really supported on windows.
Qt5keychain supports it, and for kf6 we will transform it as framework (see 
https://phabricator.kde.org/T12219) and we will port all apps to it (it's the 
goal).

As I want that pim* works well on windows for 21.04 I need to port to 
Qt5keychain first. So pim* will depend against it for 21.04.
