String Freeze for Krita

Please note that so far we have been tracking the following translations branches:
- krita/4.3 under the alias of stable_kf5
- master under the alias of trunk_kf5

The settings are taken from here:

If master shouldn't be tracked, we need to fix those settings. Or is
krita/4.4.2 a convenience branch freshly cut from master?
