I would request a plasma-frameworks 5.56.2 release for this fix to a significant bug with Qt 5.12.2 https://cgit.kde.org/plasma-framework.git/commit/?id=3aba8a7e10e509d4a321adb0b7540a73be023c10 Some distro build systems cannot handle applying such a binary patch by default. Thanks
