KDE release 19.12.0 packages available for packagers

I fixed a critical bug in mailcommon (Bug 414839 - Folder expiration not 
automatic) see 50c4c271080a144fd645892081c0f623aee2e6b2
Could you regenerate 19.12.0 tarball for mailcommon please ?
