four new tarballs for the upcoming 19.08.0 release. I will probably do 
another respin (at least for 'kdenlive') tomorrow.

Interestingly, our CI catched a missing include for 'palapeli', but 
didn't for 'krfb', despite both Qt 5.12 and Qt 5.13 versions tested.
