tags missing

Hi,

I just stumbled over frameworks/kio and I see that there are no tags defined
after v5.34.0

tag v5.34.0
Tagger: l10n daemon script <scripty at kde.org>
Date:   Sat May 13 10:12:21 2017 +0000

Create tag for 5.34.0


Is this by intention or a mistake ?
Is above mentioned script no longer used ?
