Need a bugfix release of qqc2-desktop-style framework

Hi,
Unfortunately in the 5.46 release qqc2-desktop-style introduced a pretty 
serious issue which caused https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394134
as it breaks big parts of plasma 5.13 which needs to depend from 5.46
backporting a commit for a 5.46.1 tarball may be needed
