KDE Frameworks missing needed "en" translation files

kcoreaddons and kjobwidgets need their "en" translation so the plurals work fine (on english)

Thanks to a translator i just realized we have been not been shipping them.

I made some quick investigation and i think it will be fixed with

But can we please try to remember to double check before 5.43 is released?

P.S: If you want to test it works, without the en translation you get
