Inconsistent version requirements in PIM - broken builds

Hi all,

In the past 24 hours it would appear a series of version bumps have
been pushed to the PIM repositories.

Unfortunately it seems that something has gone wrong as part of this
as the CI system, even when performing a Dependency Build, complains
that the required versions have not been found. Based on the version
discrepancies it looks to me like changes intended for master have
ended up in stable.

Could someone please look into this?
