marble_qt.qm installed in wrong paths (was: Re: KDE Applications 17.04.1 packages available for packagers)

... and who failed with that, as some accidentally left old qm files in the 
system dir had fooled him when testing if loading the qm files works 
(obviously without also checking the path used separately).
