critical bugfix in KCoreAddons 5.30

Cuurent released plasma compiled with this release, without this patch will
fail to load any new panel. It's "just a bug" but it's new and quite major.

Urgh ;)

This fix could have been in 5.30 if you had emailed either faure at kde.org
or release-team at kde.org.

kde-packagers@ doesn't exist anymore, and I almost don't read gmx.fr
anymore,
I'm moving away from that provider. Bad luck with the email addresses you
chose...

I'm not sure I understand the bug and its impact though. Is any compilation
of
KDE software broken by the bug you describe, or is it hypothetical (and it's
just a bug, which can wait until 5.31) ?
