Dropping the svn kio from kdesdk-kioslaves

Since noone really complained I went ahead and removed the svn kioslave from 
kdesdk-kioslaves, the kdesvn kioslave seems to work for the lightweight svn 
browsing i'd expect people to use a kioslave for.
