Moving pim-storage-service-manager to unmaintain repo ?

Hi,
I would lie to moving pim-storage-service-manager to unmaintain repo and 
remove it from 17.04.
I never had time to make it working.
It was broken when we switch to kf5, it never works and it was never used in 
kmail kf5.
I will not fix it in the future so we release a broken apps.

I would like to move in unmaintain.

Is it possible  ?
